This is an Empathy Map, it is designed to convey the user's emotions, thoughts, and things they see on a normal day.
This is an Ecosystem Map, it shows the people and resources around the user that is currently in place and can affect them.
This is a Root Cause Analysis, it breaks down the problem and can help uncover problems that were not known until diving deeper.
What I learned?
Mental health students have been neglected in schooling because mental health is still a very new concept and so it never had a system in place to deal with it. Also that the idea of not being safe at school is a culturally learned and conditioned behavior. This being said a school is a safe place that should break cultural stigmas and create safe spaces. Doing this would improve the overall morale and energy of a school environment and can lower the rate of mental health students.
